Required Qualifications:

Post secondary certification, diploma or degree in health care field required. Minimum 3-5 years experience in Disability Management with WCB or insurance carriers in a unionized environment. Knowledge of medical conditions, terminology and ergonomics required. Knowledge of WCB policy and legislation; short and long term disability policies and procedures; Human Rights Legislation and Duty to Accommodate. Ability to maintain internal and external relationships. Strong oral and written communication skills. Computer literacy in Word, Excel, etc. Organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple assignments. Ability to work in an environment of constant change. Conflict resolution skills; ability to handle stressful situations. Valid Alberta Drivers License required.
