Grade twelve (12) diploma with a diploma in Office Administration, or equivalent required. Minimum five (5) years senior administrative support experience required. Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office Applications and an ability for learning new computer applications. Creative and innovative problem solving skills. Well-developed organization and planning skills. Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. Proven ability to work effectively in a team setting, as well as with all levels of the organization, with a flexible and creative approach to problem solving. Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure of time lines. Strong knowledge of office administrative practices. Ability to coordinate and organize events and special projects. Ability to capture meeting deliberations concisely and accurately through minute taking.

Experience working in health/hospital environment preferred.
