Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of administrative experience supporting senior management or equivalent is required. Extensive experience working with Microsoft Office software (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) with a proficiency in typing and intricate formatting is required. Demonstration of superior writing and editing skills is required.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Completion of a post-secondary certificate/diploma in office/business administration is required. Minimum 5 years of experience in a secretarial position or equivalent required. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office software, proficiency in typing, and intricate formatting skills required. Superior writing and editing skills required.


Preferred Qualifications:

At least 2 years’ experience in a clinical or health care setting preferred. Professional, effective interpersonal & communication skills. Initiative and self-motivation. Discretion and confidentiality. Ability to work independently.
