Required Qualifications:

A related post-secondary certificate in Office Administration is required.


Additional Required Qualifications:

2-3 years of related secretarial/administrative experience required. Fluency in Microsoft Office computer programs, email and internet applications required. Ability to balance and coordinate multiple demands and conflicting priorities. Must possess strong time management and organization skills. Strong communication (verbal and written) skills and ability to adapt communication style to meet varying needs. Must be fluent both written and verbally in the English language. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively with others. Critical thinking skills. Sound judgment. Supports a respectful workplace. Flexible.


Preferred Qualifications:

Health care experience preferred. Previous supervisory experience is an asset. Completion of Administrative Assistant Program preferred.
