Required Qualifications:

One year related post secondary certificate required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.


Additional Required Qualifications:

A related post-secondary certificate in Office Administration. 2-3 years of related secretarial/administrative experience required. Proficiency using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Edge as well as Google. Must have the ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities. Must be able to converse with a wide variety of people working at or visiting the site. Must have excellent. interpersonal skills and ability to effectively problem solve and navigate conflict situations with objectivity and grace.


Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with a diploma in Office Administration are preferred. Experience working in a long term care setting an asset. Experience overseeing a team is an asset.
