Minimum of five (5) years related administrative experience. Exceptional customer service and problem resolution skills. Excellent skills in the use of Microsoft Office computer software (Outlook, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, MS projects, and Teams) and formatting. Minute taking experience and competency. Professional approach with reception duties. Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both in person and by phone. Ability to work independently with a minimum of direction or supervision. Ability to work in a high energy, active area and manage frequent interruptions. Proficiency in spelling, pronunciation, grammar and proofreading skills. Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information. Must be flexible and adaptable to change. Administrative experience in a healthcare setting. Excellent skills in building and maintaining databases and project documents.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Experience in collaborating with and organizing communication amongst multiple internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in developing and producing reports, presentations and briefing notes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of hospital and organizational structure. Project management skills preferred. Experience in research support will be an asset.
