Post-Secondary Diploma in a Business Administration related field or equivalent work experience.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in a legal, government or health care construction administration role required. High proficiency in the full Microsoft Office suite. Valid driver’s license required.
Preferred Qualifications:Advanced level computer training specifically targeted at Microsoft Office programs as well as project management software systems and business courses focused on financial management preferred. Canadian Healthcare Engineering Society – Healthcare Construction Certificate – an asset; Construction Administration Diploma – an asset; PMP/CAPM – an asset.
