Must have related post-secondary certificate or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 2 years recent and directly related experience at a senior administrative support level. Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint).
Additional Required Qualifications:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office, manage multiple priorities, and retain large amounts of information related to the portfolio. Must display a positive, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of coordinating and organizing special events and meetings. Effective time management skills to deliver assigned tasks promptly. Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems. Working knowledge of VAX/Connect Care, e-Facilities, IT Service Portal, RMS, iExpense, Markview, and supply procurement processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Recent experience in project coordination.
