Completion of an Administrative Assistant Certificate program or an equivalent qualification. Minimum of three years’ experience in a secretarial or administrative support role. Previous experience in a healthcare environment.
Additional Required Qualifications:Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced formatting and editing capabilities. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach. Skilled in accurately and concisely recording meeting discussions through minute taking. Capable of managing multiple tasks and retaining extensive information related to assigned portfolio. Maintains a positive, professional attitude in all interactions.
