Description:
In this role, you will be the organizational hub for the portfolio, helping to keep operations running smoothly while supporting key financial, administrative, and reporting activities. You will monitor and track portfolio budgets, prepare financial reports and spreadsheets, analyze variances using systems such as MIR, Markview, and P2P, and coordinate equipment requests in accordance with corporate processes. You will also oversee accounts payable and receivable activities, prepare expense claims, and ensure information is accurate, timely, and well organized. You will be at the center of coordinating people, information, and priorities across the portfolio. From managing communications and preparing reports for senior leadership to coordinating meetings, special events, and retreats, your work will help support informed decision-making and operational success. You will also contribute to program planning and employee engagement initiatives, track progress on key actions and indicators, and help create an environment where teams can thrive and deliver exceptional care. This position is non-unionized.

Must have related post-secondary certificate or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 2 years recent and directly related experience at a senior administrative support level. Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint).
Additional Required Qualifications:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced office, manage multiple priorities, and retain large amounts of information related to the portfolio. Must display a positive, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of coordinating and organizing special events and meetings. Effective time management skills to deliver assigned tasks promptly. Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems. Working knowledge of Connect Care, e-Facilities, IT Service Portal, RMS, iExpense, Markview, and supply procurement processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Recent experience in project and event coordination.
