Related post-secondary diploma (office administration, business). Five or more years of progressively responsible work experience in an executive, senior leadership, or board environment. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly developed organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage workload, timelines, and deliverables. Highly proficient with Office Suite, Teams, and meeting technologies. High standards of ethics and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in health or social care, seniors’ services, government, or a not-for-profit environment. Familiarity or experience with boards is considered an asset.
