The successful candidate will have a related degree and five years of related experience in a Human Resources environment, two years of which includes experience in classification or compensation. Excellent in the use of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
Additional Required Qualifications:Some Travel May be Required.
Preferred Qualifications:An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Experience in a unionized, health care environment preferred. Certified Compensation Professional (CPP) is an asset. Must demonstrate ability to identify and analyze information, utilize excellent interpersonal skills to communicate decisions clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing. Experience in interpretation and application of collective agreements, policies, procedures and employment legislation is an asset.
