High School Diploma required; Human Resource or Finance diploma or other secondary education required and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a Human Resources and/or Finance in progressively responsible roles. Knowledge of Position Management Principles. Experience working with Recruitment Management Systems, PeopleSoft and/or other Human Resource Information System applications, and Time Management Systems in relation to position management principles. Proficient in MS Excel, Access, and Word. Experience in healthcare or complex staffing environment. Experience working with Collective Agreements. Experience working with all levels of management.
Additional Required Qualifications:As Required.
Preferred Qualifications:Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, organizational and telephone skills including written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, work with individuals at all levels, possess a high degree of initiative, judgment and decision making capabilities in resolving complex requests and issues. Attention to detail, multi-task, and meet deadlines. Accommodate competing and changing workload demands. Experience with Hyperion Budgeting system an asset.
