Degree in Human Resources, Health Sciences, Statistics, or other related field with an advanced focus on strategic analytics required. Must have Tableau, Oracle SQL (eManager) or other comparable database query and report writing experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Access) and the ability to become proficient with new software packages. Equivalencies of education and experience may also be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Minimum five years experience in a healthcare environment working with spreadsheets, databases and tools for querying, integrating, analyzing, interpreting, reporting and disseminating data. Minimum three to five years experience in the application of information technology, database design and information management. Strong knowledge of leading practices and data trends contributes to the overall improvement of the capacity, quality and processes of HR strategy, integration and analytics. Maintains current knowledge of data sources. Subscribes to the highest standards of ethics and business/personal integrity. Ability to manage sensitive employee information in a highly confidential manner. Character is consistent and acts in line with a clear and visible set of values and beliefs. Proven ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage a heavy workload. Knowledge and ability to produce a variety of descriptive, inferential and predictive statistics. Proficiency in English, with the ability to simplify highly complex analyses into terms that are easily accessible and impactful in both written and verbal formats. Ability to understand people demographics and HR issues, and to communicate effectively with a broad variety of teams at different levels within the organization. Experience in screening, cleaning, linking, creating, modifying and analyzing data-sets in statistical or database-management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
PeopleSoft (ePeople) system knowledge preferred. Familiarity with the Gallup model of engagement. 1- 2 years in a human resource position preferred.
