Undergraduate degree in an organizational development related field such as Industrial/Organizational Psychology or Organizational Development required. Equivalent combinations of education or experience will be considered. 3-4 years experience providing organizational development services and/or related human resource services in complex organizations, preferably healthcare related. Solid business acumen and ability to think strategically. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners. Excellent customer service orientation and strong ability to develop partnerships. Ability to objectively balance client and organizational needs. Proven critical thinking and problem solving abilities. Proven ability to balance multiple projects and diverse workload. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS SharePoint. Ability to travel as required and work flexible hours. Valid driver’s license. Proficiency conducting independent research required. Excellent written, verbal, presentation skills and interpersonal relationship skills required.
Additional Required Qualifications:As required.
Preferred Qualifications:Personality Dimensions Trainer Certification with experience in delivery. Coaching Out of the Box Coaching 5/5/5 Skills Trainer Certification. Experience with creating surveys or evaluation tools.
