Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree in clinical discipline, allied health or health-related discipline such as public health, health care administration, or other relevant degree is required (equivalent education and experience may be considered). Minimum of 2 years of experience in health services delivery. Experience in working with stakeholders to improve patient and or resident engagement and outcomes. Demonstrated ability to support elements of complex major initiatives and projects. Facilitation and training/education experience. Strong clear communicator with ability to build positive collaborative relationships at all levels. Analytical, evaluation and research skills, including familiarity with healthcare quality metrics. Ability to operate related equipment and excellent proficiency in the use of computer software such as Microsoft Word, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Emerging knowledge of current state approaches to successful patient and resident engagement to improve outcomes. Experience and passion for working with stakeholders to improve patient and resident engagement and outcomes. Must demonstrate compassion, respect, collaboration, social justice, integrity and stewardship to align with Covenant Health values. Knowledge and awareness of diverse health environments/systems. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Ability to relate to diverse age, cultural and demographic backgrounds. Able to work independently and accept ambiguity.


Preferred Qualifications:

A Project Management certificate or PMP equivalent.
