BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field. Minimum of 5 years experience in a business development in a health care environment.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or in a relevant role. Ability to effectively communicate, using tact and diplomacy to all internal and external stakeholders on a broad range of technical and business issues. Proven group facilitation, presentation, oral and written communication skills. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners to deliver on business needs. Solid business acumen with ability to think strategically. Solid team leadership and business partnering track record. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Experience in negotiating and managing leases. Proven sales track record. Proficiency in MS Suite. Proficiency in English. Market knowledge. Communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport, time management, and planning skills. Must be an engaging public speaker and presenter.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters in related area preferred e.g., Masters of Business Administration (MBA). Experience in project management and leadership. Experience in customer support. Experience interpreting financial information and statements. Ability to evaluate and provide recommendations on business proposals. Specialized knowledge of contracts, accounting, tax and legal framework relating to lease and property management.
