One year related post secondary certificate required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:High School diploma and/or post-secondary education. Completion of an Advanced WFC ESP course approved and delivered by the Workforce Application & System Solutions Team with Timekeeping exposure and training. Typing speed of 45 wpm. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Must have the ability to adapt and respond to unpredictable workload changes, prioritize assignments, and meet critical deadlines while maintaining customer service. Must exhibit flexibility and adaptability to the demands of this position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and external contacts. Must demonstrate an ability to collaborate with team members and site leaders. Must be able to troubleshoot and recognize errors. Must be able to correct errors. Must be able to problem solve and propose solutions in a team environment. Must have the ability to recognize and maintain confidential information. Minimum of 3 years progressive staff scheduling experience. Proficiency with computer programs in a Microsoft Windows environment, including Microsoft Word, Excel and the Internet.
Preferred Qualifications:Related experience using ESP would be an asset.
