A related graduate degree in business, healthcare or related field is required. Minimum of 7 years’ leadership experience within a large, multi faceted organization.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Experience working with governing boards within non profit and/or faith-based organizations. Experience in stakeholder relations, process development and issues management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates with two to three years’ directly related experience at the executive level are strongly preferred. Experience in business development, project management and/or LEAN methodology.
