Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or recognized equivalent required.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Grade 12 diploma or equivalent required. Advanced user of scheduling with Environment for Scheduling Personnel (ESP) required. Minimum three-year hospital experience required. Proficiency in computer applications: email, spreadsheet, and word processing within a Windows environment, (Outlook, Excel and Word) required. Payroll knowledge including Time Keeper functions required. Ability to read, write and speak English fluently required. Must be organized and work with minimum supervision required. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Most possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Must possess high standards of accuracy and is detail oriented required. Ability to make effective decisions. Must be able to work cooperatively as part of a team. Must possess time management skills Ability to coordinate the activities of a large work crew. Knowledge and Experience with ESP in a scheduling and timekeeping setting required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with hospital medical supplies and terminology desired. Understanding of collective agreement and how it impacts scheduling an asset.
