Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or recognized equivalent required.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software required. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Ability to work effectively with a minimum of direction or supervision. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to stay calm while attending to the information needs of sick, injured and/or emotionally distressed people. Excellent organizational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize required. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to complete job tasks under stress of busy environment with frequent telephone calls and walk-in interruptions.

Preferred Qualifications:

1 to 2 years directly related experience; experience in an occupational health or health care environment desired.
