Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or recognized equivalent required.

Additional Required Qualifications:

One year unit clerk or medical secretary course. Medical terminology course. Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM. Minimum two years related experience in a health care setting working directly with clients. Computer experience – proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience working with VAX, Connect Care. Proven ability to work within a complex multidisciplinary team. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are essential. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, juggling competing priorities with repeated interruptions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with children and families in a clinical setting strongly preferred.
