Your Opportunity:
This position will be located in the Site Integrated Operations Centre (SIOC) where you will be answering calls, prioritizing and assigning tasks to Environmental Services and Portering staff. Will be involved with staff replacement and work with the central staffing office. Will be required to do some data entry within Microsoft. Please note: Classifications Under Review.
Description:
The Clerk III provides a wide range of clerical support, with varying duties depending on the specified program/department. The Clerk III performs these tasks in accordance with established standards, and the Mission, Vision, Values, policies and procedures of Covenant Health. This position is covered by the terms and conditions of the CUPE 2111 Collective Agreement.

High School diploma or recognized equivalent required.
Additional Required Qualifications:Proficiency in computer applications spreadsheets, database management and word processing within a Windows environment required. Ability to read, write and speak English required. Knowledgeable and proficient in staff scheduling in ESP application. Must be organized, ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision. Must possess excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal and excellent customer service skills. Must possess high standards of accuracy and is detail orientated. Ability to prioritize work and make effective decisions. Must have at least one year directly related experience coordinating the activities of a large group. Must be able to work cooperatively as part of a team. Connect Care Training Preferred.
