Your Opportunity:
This position is responsible for the timely and accurate coordination of Basic Life Support (BLS) education across Covenant Health’s urban acute care sites. By ensuring instructors and learners have the necessary resources, this role supports effective education delivery and contributes to safe, high-quality patient care. The incumbent supports all aspects of program coordination, including maintaining course schedules, rosters, and participant records; updating the Learning Management System (LMS); overseeing registration and certification processes in alignment with Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada (HSFC) standards; and facilitating clear, consistent program communications. Additionally, this position ensures the availability of supplies and learning materials to promote successful training outcomes and compliance with organizational and HSFC requirements. Description:
The Clerk III provides a wide range of clerical support, with varying duties depending on the specified program/department. The Clerk III performs these tasks in accordance with established standards, and the Mission, Vision, Values, policies and procedures of Covenant Health. This position is covered by the terms and conditions of the CUPE 2111 Collective Agreement.

High School diploma or recognized equivalent required.
Additional Required Qualifications:Must have two years of recent (within last 5 years) related clerical experience.
Preferred Qualifications:An Office Administration Diploma is preferred. Certification through HSFC as a BLS instructor is an asset.
