High School diploma or recognized equivalent required.
Additional Required Qualifications:Must have at least 1 to 2 years directly related experience in an occupational health environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Cority, ESP and E-People and TAB Fusion. Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Must be able to work effectively with a minimum of direction or supervision. Must have excellent customer service skills. Proficiency in writing, spelling, punctuation and grammar.
Preferred Qualifications:Able to complete job tasks under stress of busy environment with frequent telephone calls and walk-in interruptions.
