One year related post secondary certificate required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:Excellent skills in use of Microsoft Office computer software (MS Access, Word, Excel, and Outlook); Excellent formatting, grammar, spelling and proof-reading skills; Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (in person, by telephone, and written) with professional level of diplomacy, confidentiality and tact; Ability to work independently with a minimum of direction or supervision; Self-directed and motivated; Must be extremely accurate and detail orientated and capable of managing multiple priorities while displaying a positive, professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Zoom, Teams and managing online meetings. Experience in management of calendar scheduling/booking meetings. Knowledge of hospital and organizational structure an asset.
