Required Qualifications:

One year related post secondary certificate required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g., diploma in business or office administration, specialized external certification). Minimum 5 years of experience in Staff Scheduling, proven advanced level experience with ESP scheduling software. Applicant must have Covenant Health Timekeeper and Advanced ESP training and access. Proficient in the use of computers and advanced knowledge of Windows, Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and MS Teams is required. Experience documenting and analyzing business processes. Experience working with unionized groups and multiple management levels required. Effective communicator with strong organizational skills, influencing skills and commitment to providing quality services. Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills. Demonstrates a strong commitment to client satisfaction. An excellent attendance record, reliability and personal suitability must be demonstrated through employment references. Please note that applicants may be required to complete a practical test to measure comprehension and critical thinking skills. Preferred Qualifications:

Preference will be given to Advanced ESP users that also have Automated Shift Callout training within Covenant Health.
