One year related post secondary certificate required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:Grade 12 diploma, certificate in Medical Office admin, medical terminology course, 2 years experience in hospital/clinic excellent communication skills, experience using EMR, E-clinician, ESP, Netcare, Connect Care, ACATS, PCATS, ORIS familiar with surgical booking procedures, typing at 45 wpm, data entry to Alberta Wellnet, ability to liaise with surgeon offices, nursing units, anaesthesia, PAC team, ACATS team.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience working with surgical slates and documentation.
