One year related post secondary certificate required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:Grade 12 equivalent required. Minimum of two years experience in an office environment (hospital setting preferred). Minimum of two years experience using a healthcare related scheduling system (ESP preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:Certificate in Office Administration an asset. Training and experience using ESP Advanced scheduling functions. Experience in payroll, time keeping and data entry. A working knowledge of 24x7 scheduling rotations in a unionized environment.
