Description: The Clerk V performs advanced/specialized program support to a department or program. This role requires the application of specialized skills and/or inscope leadership for a small group of program staff within the department. This position is covered by the terms and conditions of the CUPE 41 Collective Agreement.

Required Qualifications:

Required Qualifications: A related post-secondary certificate required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Experience providing administrative or program support within a healthcare, educational, or other complex organizational environment. Experience coordinating schedules, events, placements, learner activities, or program operations involving multiple stakeholders. Experience maintaining records, databases, document management systems, or administrative tracking systems. Experience preparing and maintaining reports, correspondence, schedules, meeting materials, or program documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint. Experience working with confidential or sensitive information and records. Experience maintaining website, intranet, or digital content. Experience with administrative processes related to invoicing, stipends, and grants.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience coordinating accreditation activities, audits, reviews, or compliance-related documentation. Experience using records management, scheduling, learning management, database, evaluation tracking, or related information systems. Experience working with FOIP-regulated records, privacy requirements, or records retention processes.
