Required Qualifications:

Frequently working under tight or imposed deadlines and dealing with highly confidential/sensitive information. Travel is required. Capable of functioning in an environment of complexity and change, including the ability to manage and maintain multiple projects and activities. Stakeholder engagement, relationship building and communication are key to success in attaining and sustaining goals for change.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Five (5) years of clinical experience, preferably in an acute care setting is required. Two (2) years of experience in project management is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in a Health Discipline (Nursing etc.) preferred. Project Management Professional education required and certification preferred. Healthcare facility planning experience is considered an asset. Healthcare infrastructure planning experience is considered an asset. A combination of education and experience, and equivalencies, will be considered.
