Required Qualifications:

Graduate of a recognized Nursing program required. Baccalaureate degree in Nursing (BScN) recommended. Experience: Minimum three (3) years recent nursing experience required. Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/management experience recommended. Charge nurse experience preferred. Combination of education and experience may be considered.

Ability to provide leadership to others and function as a team member. Excellent organizational and conflict resolution skills. Ability to be objective in decision making. Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of available community supports and programs an asset. Exhibits strong clinical knowledge and skill in seniors care (Geriatrics, Continuing Care, Assisted Living, Designated Assisted Living, Long Term Care) or relevant specialty.
