Minimum of a Masters in Nursing degree required. A minimum of five (5) years recent related health care experience required in Women's/Child Health. Varied experience in planning, budgeting and operations coordination required.
Additional Required Qualifications:Evidence of ongoing educational preparation in leadership and project management preferred. Strong skills with Microsoft computer software applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Broad knowledge of operations, planning, budget tracking, and financial reporting. Demonstrated understanding and commitment to Covenant Health’s mission, vision and values.
Preferred Qualifications:Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to make sound decisions based on analysis and good judgment. Effective interpersonal, communication, public relations, writing, and organizational skills. Strong commitments to patient safety and satisfaction and quality health care. Effective change management skills. Familiarity with medical terminology a definite asset. Ability to promote teamwork, collaboration, and partnership.
