Minimum of a Masters in Nursing degree. A minimum of five (5) years related health care experience. Active Membership – College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (or equivalent).
Additional Required Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to make sound decisions based on analysis and good judgment. Effective interpersonal, communication, public relations, writing, and organizational skills. Strong commitments to patient safety and satisfaction and quality health care. Effective change management skills. Ability to promote teamwork, collaboration, and partnership. Strong skills with Microsoft computer software applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Varied experience in planning, budgeting and operations coordination. Demonstrated understanding and commitment to Covenant Health’s mission, vision and values. Must be flexible and able to determine priorities due to wide variety of responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Evidence of ongoing educational preparation in leadership and project management preferred.
