Required Qualifications: Completion of a minimum two year diploma or certificate in a health care related field. Minimum of two years of clinical research experience. Equivalencies in education or experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in combination with suitable experience in a clinical research environment. Master's degree. Minimum of three years of experience as a Research Coordinator. Some background in research methodologies preferred (experiential/theoretical). Proficiency using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to work in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision. Precise documentation skills/detail oriented. Evidence of strong analytical skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications:Preference given to those who hold society of Clinical Research Associates (SoCRA) or Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) certification/membership. Project support or management experience desired. Must display a positive, professional demeanor at all times and have excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion of all sensitive information.
