Completion of a minimum two year diploma or certificate in a health care related field. Minimum of two years of clinical research experience. Equivalencies in education or experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:Must be able to work independently. Demonstrated competence in managing multiple projects. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, E-mail, Power Point, Excel, software required Document formatting skills required. Highly developed writing skills required. Must display a positive, professional demeanor at all times and have excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion of all sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:Preference given to those with a Bachelor’s level degree (health-related) and/or have completed an approved Clinical Research Program. Preference given to those who hold society of Clinical Research Associates (SoCRA) or Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) certification/membership. Project support or management experience desired. Some medical terminology desired. Some background in research methodologies preferred (experiential/theoretical).
