Required Qualifications:

Must have at least five (5) years' experience designing and delivering competency-based experiential learning programs. A related Bachelor’s degree as well as a certification or coursework in Adult Learning and Curriculum design is required. Candidates with a Master’s degree and/or those designated as a Certified Training Practitioner (CTP), Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP), or Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) designation are preferred.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Ability to drive the implementation of significant organization-wide initiatives. Ability to work directly and independently with various learning populations and units within the organization to consultatively determine needs and deliver solutions. Expert knowledge and practice in the Principles of Adult Learning and Instructional Design. Significant experience and passion for the development of learning interventions that incorporate 21st Century approaches to learning and performance development. Strong consultancy skills and an ability to develop and connect Learning & Development solutions to business needs. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners to deliver on business needs. Proven group facilitation, presentation, oral and written communication skills. Learning Analytics expertise. Solid business acumen and partnering track record. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills demonstrating tact and diplomacy. Excellent critical thinking and problem solving abilities. Ability to manage complex projects and facilitate change is required. Ability to travel as required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a range of learning technologies required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical expertise with Adobe Captivate, Storyline, and the Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Premier Pro, Audition.
