Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree in clinical discipline, allied health or health-related discipline such as public health, health care administration, or other relevant degree is required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in health services delivery. Demonstrated success in working with stakeholders to embed and support patient and or resident engagement and improve outcomes. Knowledge of current state innovate and/re evidence informed approaches to successful patient and resident engagement to improve outcomes. Demonstrated ability to drive and deliver on multiple, complex major initiatives and projects. Demonstrated success and passion for working with stakeholders to improve patient and resident engagement and outcomes. Facilitation and training/education experience and proficiency. Must demonstrate compassion, respect, collaboration, social justice, integrity and stewardship to align with Covenant Health values. Knowledge and awareness of diverse health environments/systems. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders. Analytical, evaluation and research skills, including familiarity with healthcare quality metrics. Ability to relate to diverse age, cultural and demographic backgrounds.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Ability to operate related equipment and excellent proficiency in the use of computer software such as Microsoft Word, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be able to work independently and manage ambiguity. Travel is required between Covenant Health sites across the province.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Project Management certificate or PMP equivalent.
