A Bachelor’s degree in education or related field, and certification in Adult Learning or Curriculum design is required. Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of experience designing and facilitating competency-based experiential learning programs. Experience with authoring tools such as Captivate or Articulate. Ability to drive the implementation of significant organization-wide initiatives. Ability to work directly and independently with various learning populations and units within the organization to consultatively determine needs and deliver solutions. Knowledge of the Principles of Adult Learning and Instructional Design. Candidate must possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (travel between the Covenant Health sites is required).

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with media, voice editing, video editing, photo shop or Adobe Suite is an asset. Past experience working in a multi-unionized setting is an asset.
