Required Qualifications:

As the successful candidate, you will have: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Leadership, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or Organizational Development. 5 years’ experience providing organizational development, internal consultation and facilitation services within a complex organization. Certification in Executive Coaching and/or LEADS 360 Assessment and/or Emotional Intelligence and/or Personality Assessment Administration (Personality Dimensions or MBTI) and/or Change & Transition Management. Formal training in talent management, organizational design, leadership development approaches, adult learning, group facilitation and organizational development. Experience with evidence-based organizational design approaches. Experience with an integrated enterprise-wide talent management approach. Experience with facilitating sessions using virtual platforms such as Zoom and/or MS Teams. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills are an essential requirement of this position, along with proficiency in MS Office applications.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Proven ability to successfully lead significant enterprise-wide initiatives and projects to improve organizational effectiveness. Solid business acumen and ability to think strategically. Conduct best practice research to design and develop new programs, services and processes to meet organizational needs. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse internal and external partners. Excellent customer service orientation and strong ability to develop partnerships. Ability to objectively balance client and organizational needs.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SharePoint is preferred. Organizational LEADS Facilitator (OLF) designation. Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.
