Five (5) years related health care experience required. Varied experience in planning, coordinating projects and/or operational initiatives is required. Demonstrated understanding and commitment to Covenant Health’s mission, vision and values.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Travel is required, and may include the use of a personal vehicle. A standard driver’s abstract may also be required for use of corporate lease vehicles.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to make decisions based on analysis and good judgment. Effective interpersonal, communication, public relations, writing and organizational skills. Effective change management skills. Knowledge of addiction & mental health disorders an asset. Demonstrated ability to promote teamwork, collaboration, and partnership. Strong skills with Microsoft computer software applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
