Required Qualifications:

A Journeyman certificate is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Grade 12 or equivalent required. Minimum 1 year recent institutional, large quantity cooking experience required. Ability to read, write and speak English required. Must have good time management skills, able to plan for deadlines required. Valid Alberta Driver's License required. A clean driver's abstract required. Required to stand for entire work shift.

Preferred Qualifications:

WHMIS certificate desired. Knowledge of regular and special diets desired.
