Required Qualifications: Completion of Grade 10 or recognized equivalent required.
Additional Required Qualifications:Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Ability to lift 20 pounds (9 kg) above shoulder height, required. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds (27.2kg), required. Basic computer skills. Strong interpersonal skills and training in customer relations. Ability to work quickly and accurately under deadlines. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to follow directions and guidelines. High standards for cleanliness and sanitation. High levels of honesty and integrity. Clear Criminal Records Check.
Preferred Qualifications:Previous food production experience in a care facility or institutional food service setting, desired. Previous food service experience in a restaurant/cafeteria setting or customer service experience may be considered desirable in combination with other qualifications. WHMIS Certificate, desired. Food Safe Certificate, desired. Customer Service coursework, desired.
