Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN). Active registration with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA) required. 3-5 years of Continuing Care operations experience. Working knowledge of AH Continuing Care Health Service Standards. Working knowledge of AH Accommodation Standards. Familiarity with Alberta OHS legislation. Experience with the implementation of quality initiatives/policies/procedures. Experience with process improvement or project management. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Transparent communication style. Tactful. Self-motivated/directed. Conflict resolution skills, persuasive. Ability to see many perspectives. Ability to set priorities and change gears in a fast paced environment. Ability to problem solve and implement changes. Travel within Edmonton and area is required, including the use of a personal vehicle. of a personal vehicle.
