Required Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in health Profession (RN, Allied health). Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Self-motivated/directed. Good Computer skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Must be able to problem solve and manage conflicts or sensitive matters professionally. Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and external contacts. Ability to be sensitive to local and/or zone and/or provincial issues.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Education and/or Registration. Education and training required for this position (e.g. grade level, High School diploma, Continuing Ed course(s), Post-Secondary certificate, Post-Secondary diploma, Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or Post-Graduate degree and/or designations/registrations).

Preferred Qualifications:

3-5 years of Continuing Care operations experience. Excellent written + verbal communication skills. Self-motivated/directed. Good computer skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Must be able to problem solve + manage conflicts or sensitive matters professionally. Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff + external contacts. Ability to be sensitive to local and/or zone and/or provincial issues.
