Required Qualifications:

One year related post secondary certificate required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Certificate in Project Management or Business Analytics required. 3-5 years’ experience in a project environment required. Equivalencies in experience and education will be considered. Ability to work under pressure and with tight timelines. Must be able to problem-solve and manage conflicts or politically sensitive matters in a professional manner. Able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and external contacts.

Preferred Qualifications:

Post-Secondary education in a related field an asset. Experience in health care preferred. Understanding and commitment to the vision, mission and strategic directions of Covenant Health. Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Proficient with computer programs in a Microsoft Windows environment, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the Internet. A valid class 5 AB driver’s license.
