A degree in human resources, business administration, or other related field is required. Must have 3-5 years directly related experience, supplemented by at least 7 years of related human resources experience which includes change management and project management. A combination of education and experience may be considered. Must have the proven ability build solid relationships, foster a climate of cooperation and work collaboratively to achieve organizational strategic goals within a public sector environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
A related Master’s degree is preferred. Designation as a chartered professional in human resources (CPHR) is preferred. Experience in a large, unionized health care environment is an asset.
