Graduate degree (business, health, or another related field). Minimum 10 years in acute healthcare operational leadership. Ability to effectively communicate, using tact and diplomacy to all internal and external stakeholders on a broad range of technical and business issues. Solid business acumen with ability to think strategically. Solid team leadership and business partnering track record. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Proven group facilitation, presentation, oral and written communication skills. Continual attention to the potential effects of the internal consultation role on objectivity and the courage to advocate for client needs in the face of conflicting organizational decisions and plans. Excellent critical thinking and problem solving abilities. Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills are required.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Strong consultancy skills and an ability to develop and connect technical solutions to business needs. Ability to present new technology and business concepts and recommendations to senior leadership, and other partners. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners to deliver on business needs. Ability to travel as required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
