A post-secondary degree in business, public administration or health discipline, civil or mechanical engineering. A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive institutional facilities or maintenance management. 10 years of progressive institutional facilities or maintenance management. A combination of equivalent education and experience may be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:
As required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree preferred. Membership or qualification for registration with a professional association such as a CHES, IFMA, BOMA, ASET, CFM desired. 5 years of project management/coordination experience. Managerial experience within a Healthcare setting. A technical certificate in a relevant discipline, such as Red Seal Journeyman Trade or 3rd Class Power Engineering certification or 2nd class Power Engineering certification or Engineering Technology diploma.
