Baccalaureate degree in health related filed; preference for nutrition specialization. Advanced professional designation from a health discipline such as a MHSA, MPH, MBA or a related field. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Proven leadership skills. Analytical skills to evaluate data and make operational decisions. Demonstrated team work and collaboration. Internal and external customer service orientation. Demonstrated success in planning and implementing patient oriented programs. Commitment to continuous quality improvement. Project management and change management education and experience. Contract management experience. Computer software applications: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Windows for Workgroups, site specific computer applications.
